Il Panoramico Rooms guesthouse is located on the quiet Via San Mauro. The host provides remote access to the property. The room is absolutely comfortable, with a terrace and an interesting view. The room is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, pods for both, TV, and fridge. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the San Benedetto Market, the Conservatory, the Teatro Lirico, and Castello. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this property for one night during the Pazza Idea Festival and had a wonderful experience. I was traveling alone and moved around on foot without a car: the location is truly perfect, just steps from the theater where the festival was held and in a safe, well-served area. The room was spacious, bright, and well heated, ideal after a day out. I also really appreciated the in-room coffee area, which was convenient and well cared for.
A special thanks to Fabrizio, who did everything possible to allow an early check-in and accommodate my request. His availability was truly appreciated.
