Excellent room, with everything you need. Beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower, very clean, and a nice view over the city. Comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, two coffees and two small bottles of water kindly provided, and drinkable tap water.
We stayed only one night and used it as a base, so we didn’t spend much time in the room, but even in that short stay we felt extremely comfortable. The strongest point is the great value for money. Wow. My friend and I talked several times about how little we paid per person compared to the beauty of the room, the perfect location (15 minutes on foot from the city center), and the very quiet neighborhood.
We were really satisfied and didn’t expect such a positive experience. Kind and helpful host. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this property for one night during the Pazza Idea Festival and had a wonderful experience. I was traveling alone and moved around on foot without a car: the location is truly perfect, just steps from the theater where the festival took place, in a safe and well-served area.
The room was spacious, bright, and very well heated—ideal after a day out exploring the city. I also really appreciated the in-room coffee area, which was convenient and well taken care of.
A special thanks to Fabrizio, who did everything possible to anticipate the check-in and meet my request. His availability was truly appreciated.

The apartment is located near the pedestrian area of the historic center, about 10–15 minutes to Bastione San Remy and 20–25 minutes to the port, where there are many great restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet, with a bus stop close by.
Fabrizio, the owner, was always in contact with us whenever we needed information or help. Check-in was very easy, with access codes, and the same for check-out, since we left very early.
We booked the most affordable room. It wasn’t large, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like handmade biscuits and coffee candies. The bed was extremely comfortable, and every day we found the room perfectly cleaned.
We can definitely recommend this place!

The owner was very helpful and attentive to even the smallest details. The rooms were spotless and very quiet. There are many great places nearby where you can enjoy local food. Highly recommended!

I really appreciated this B&B. The room was very well furnished and bright, and it was cleaned every morning. A safe deposit box was also available. The host was extremely polite and welcoming. The area is very well served by public buses. Recommended!

Very nice room, equipped with all the necessary comforts. Great location for getting around easily and very close to the main bus stops. Comfortable bed and spacious shower. Truly an excellent place to stay in Cagliari.

I booked a room at Il Panoramico Rooms in early October 2023 and had a wonderful stay. Impeccable cleanliness, an essential yet well-equipped room with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room also had many small details that made it feel a bit like home.
I was assigned a room with a balcony and an amazing view over the city, from which I could even enjoy the sunrise from the bed (no worries for light sleepers: blackout curtains are available if needed). The area is very central, well connected, and extremely quiet.
The owner was very kind and flexible in adapting to my arrival and departure times. Perfect for those who work remotely like me: I felt great, with plenty of power outlets and a quiet environment suitable for video calls. I’m sure that when I return to Cagliari, I’ll stay at Panoramico Rooms again!

We booked the economy room and, despite its small size, it had all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay, including a coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. Coffee, tea, water, and sweets were available in the room. The bathroom was spacious and functional.
Located in a residential area close to the city center, within a limited-traffic zone. Excellent communication with the owner.
